Single-room container house
This model (3×6×2.8m) includes just the frame and comes with a bathroom fully equipped with furniture (toilet, sink, and shower). The price is around $1,700.
3-room expandable container house
This design (11.8×6.3×2.48m) offers three rooms in total. The standard version, without a water and electrical system or furniture, is priced at around $6,600.
4-room container house
The 4-room container house shown below, without wheels, includes a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Excluding internal electrical systems and furniture, the price for this house is about $12,200.

When it comes to furniture and decoration, most of our clients typically purchase basic essentials like toilets and lighting fixtures. For exterior finishes and other furniture, those are typically handled by the clients themselves after delivery.
As for plumbing, electrical, and solar systems, some clients prefer to have everything set up with the container home. For example, we recently installed a solar system (excluding the storage batteries) for one of our clients, at a cost of around $2,800 USD. However, some clients prefer to purchase these locally, for two main reasons:
- There are reliable local suppliers with quality assurance.
- Local water and electrical standards may differ from China’s, making it easier to follow local regulations.
Shipping & Packaging Options
The container house is a bulky product, so to save packaging space and reduce shipping costs, it’s usually packed in components or folded.
For example, the smallest single-room tiny house can be disassembled into components for packing. This way, you can easily assemble it like building blocks upon delivery. For this model, 7 flat-packed units can fit into a 20GP container.
As shown below, the 3-room expandable container house is packed with its wings folded. Due to its dimensions, only 2 units can fit into a 40HC container.

Our American client from Arizona wanted to purchase a batch of tiny houses for use on construction sites. The houses needed to have a bathroom and a kitchen.
Initially, he searched on Alibaba and found many suppliers, but most of them turned out to be middlemen, not actual manufacturers. Even worse, they were trying to rip him off on shipping costs. So we sourced a factory in Hebei, China, that specializes in manufacturing container houses for years.
After understanding his budget and specific needs, we helped him create a detailed sketch that included a bathroom and a kitchen layout. The factory then used this sketch to produce the construction drawings and fully customize the rooms.
The final product was a 40ft expandable container house (11.8 × 6.3 × 2.5 m), complete with bathroom and kitchen facilities, along with other essentials, all for a total price of $9,300.
